About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Change Everything Furniture & Home Decor is responsible for supporting the company's marketing initiatives through content creation, social media management, event planning, and performance tracking. This role aims to deliver a consistent luxury brand experience while collaborating with a local marketing agency to enhance brand presence and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate content for social media, blogs, e-blasts, and website updates.
• Manage photo editing tasks to ensure visuals reflect brand consistency and a luxury aesthetic.
• Schedule, monitor, and engage with posts on social media platforms.
• Proactively engage with followers to enhance brand loyalty and customer experience.
• Coordinate and promote in-store and offsite events to reinforce the brand's luxury shopping experience.
• Support SEO efforts by creating keyword-driven content for the website and blog.
• Maintain consistency in the brand's voice, tone, and aesthetic across all marketing channels.
• Work closely with the CEO to coordinate showroom visuals and product displays.
• Regularly review engagement metrics and collaborate with the marketing agency to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in furniture and home décor retail.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with email marketing.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Graphic Design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
