About the position

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing lead generation and online marketing campaigns. This role involves collaborating on integrated campaigns across various marketing channels, including website management, social media, email marketing, and content creation. The position requires a blend of project management, digital communication skills, and analytical thinking to enhance the company's online and offline presence and increase lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute lead generation and online marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, landing pages, and social channels.
  • Act as a copywriter creating engaging, on-brand copy for online posts, newsletters, web pages, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate on updating pricing and content on the website and MLS companywide for consistency.
  • Devise strategies to drive traffic and promote a positive company image through various digital marketing methods.
  • Maximize campaign performance by monitoring and evaluating social media platforms and providing regular reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure content development and execution of strategic advertising to support seasonal campaigns and events.
  • Assist on product photo shoots for inventory homes and new models.
  • Act as a company representative for social media sites and serve as a liaison for social media and leads with sales and corporate departments.
  • Manage corporate identity, website content, and database to generate traffic and increase sales volume.
  • Improve usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website and marketing communications.
  • Assist Sales Consultants with promotional support and self-marketing efforts.
  • Ensure inventory of marketing materials remains satisfactory and current.
  • Facilitate Salesforce adoption and provide ongoing training and assistance to all markets.
  • Support internal events such as Monthly Meetings and Annual Awards Banquet.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members and internal clients to complete projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Professional corporate communication or public relations experience preferred.
  • Prior experience working with social media management.
  • Digital marketing software experience such as PPC management, web analytics, SEO software, and social media monitoring preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting and analytics.
  • Strong creative writing and editing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office products and Adobe package.
  • Solid quantitative and analytical skills; able to create and manipulate spreadsheets and pivot tables.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and organized team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Spanish language preferred.
