About the position

M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute multi-channel marketing activities within the MarCom department. The role focuses on developing and coordinating marketing campaigns aimed at achieving the company's weekly, monthly, and annual goals. The Marketing Coordinator will manage local marketing communications and deploy channel-specific strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Capture and create video content from current jobs/projects underway
• Lead social channels in response, content creation, management, and overall engagement
• Support marketing with ideas, content, and grassroots marketing
• Build reputation marketing through generating reviews & responding to reviews
• Create promotional/marketing materials
• Carry out marketing campaigns
• Forecast annual marketing campaigns
• Analyze marketing analytics and automation
• Manage lead intake & CRM
• Oversee marketing vendor management
• Manage reputation and brand
• Develop creative designs
• Conduct monthly recap meetings
• Hold monthly 1:1 individual business meetings
• Plan quarterly ideas/content calendars
• Oversee campaigns across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Capture content at local job sites
• Handle miscellaneous project requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in multi-channel marketing and evergreen campaigns
• Experience with various digital and social media marketing campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of attribution modeling
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Superb communication and collaboration capabilities
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Advanced ability to drive creativity, consistency, and innovation
