About the position

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our marketing efforts and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment. The Marketing Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between technical consultant leaders, ERP partners, and third-party marketing agencies. This role involves managing ERP partner initiatives including Sage 100, Sage X3, Sage Intacct, and Acumatica. Responsibilities include tracking marketing metrics, scheduling meetings appropriately, ensuring follow-up on sales actions, meeting project timelines, and maintaining a high-quality service to foster customer and partner confidence and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with ERP partners (Sage 100, Sage X3, Sage Intacct, and Acumatica) to drive sales enablement projects with vendors.
  • Coordinate webinars, events, and co-marketing initiatives with partners such as Sage and Acumatica.
  • Maintain and update CRM and marketing automation platforms to ensure accurate segmentation and lead tracking.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to enhance marketing ROI.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing marketing assets, including brochures, whitepapers, and product comparison guides.
  • Support content creation, including blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media tailored to each ERP product and vertical.
  • Analyze website, email, social media, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Research competitors, industry trends, and ERP buyer behavior to inform campaign strategies and messaging.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Passion for prioritizing customer experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to build rapport
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and the capacity to learn new CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, ConnectWise, Salesforce)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
