About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Shining Smiles Orthodontics will support marketing initiatives and enhance brand awareness through various channels. This part-time, contract role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to coordinate marketing activities and assist in advertising strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, and print.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Manage content creation for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
• Participate in local community events to promote brand awareness.
• Support referral marketing efforts to general dentist and pediatric dental offices to increase referrals and promote collaboration.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Support advertising sales efforts by preparing presentations and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience in dental/orthodontic marketing or related roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with offline, ground marketing strategies and tools is essential.
• Strong copywriting skills with an ability to create compelling content.
• Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
