About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Unisource Solutions Inc. will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies. This role is essential for supporting various marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media management, and content creation, while also coordinating with sales and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting, writing, and designing marketing emails and responses via our CRM (Hubspot).
• Collaborate on blog topics and support with writing and photography ideas for blog implementation.
• Work with the social media manager on content ideas and management, providing CRM support in Hubspot.
• Make minor adjustments to graphics using Adobe Photoshop or InDesign.
• Propose ideas and solutions for marketing initiatives and collaborate with inside sales on campaigns.
• Serve as the point person for obtaining photography and video content for digital and social channels, maintaining organization of the marketing closet.
• Provide on-the-ground support to sales and marketing team members to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience in the commercial furniture industry, ideally in marketing or sales.
• Proficient in CRM tools like Hubspot or other CRM platforms.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize projects with strict attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Problem-solving skills with a creative, proactive approach.

Benefits

• Full-time position with a salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year.
