About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will lead marketing initiatives and drive growth for Visions Treatment Centers and The Arrow House facilities. This role requires a creative individual with a strong marketing background and a passion for positively impacting mental health and addiction recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts and coordinate care for Visions and Arrow House.
• Evaluate and enhance programming at all locations in collaboration with Program Directors.
• Work with Program Directors and HR to establish training and education programs for various employee groups.
• Coordinate with clinicians on specialty services for clients as needed.
• Establish marketing strategy and initiatives alongside senior leadership.
• Coordinate facility tours and manage relationships with educational consultants.
• Organize and oversee external conferences.
• Manage relationships with Sachs and participate in weekly calls.
• Oversee website updates and event planning.
• Attend outside marketing events and develop/manage the marketing budget.
• Maintain understanding of the mental health and substance use fields.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
• Experience in the healthcare, behavioral health, or addiction recovery industry is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter mentality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
