About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at St. Mary's Health Care System is responsible for planning and coordinating marketing objectives to enhance and maintain optimal occupancy in Independent and Assisted Living facilities. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and outreach strategies are implemented.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate marketing objectives to increase occupancy in Independent and Assisted Living.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or equivalent combination of education and job-related experience.
  • Two years of experience in a marketing/sales position in a healthcare-related setting.
  • CPR certificate required.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common professional journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, area, circumference, and interest.
