About the position

TEPCON Construction Inc., a mid-sized commercial general contracting firm in the thriving Phoenix market, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and elevate our marketing and business development initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team that values Respect, Safety, and Teamwork as its core principles and is transitioning to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) beginning January 1, 2025. We are open to part-time or full-time candidates who bring the right mix of creativity, organizational skills, and drive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company's CRM platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client and project data.
• Leverage CRM tools to track leads, generate reports, and identify opportunities to grow client relationships.
• Use data insights to guide marketing campaigns and business development strategies.
• Develop and manage engaging social media campaigns across platforms, showcasing TEPCON's projects, values, and team culture.
• Create and curate dynamic content, including action photos from job sites, videos, and project updates.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance to refine strategies and improve audience engagement.
• Research and identify opportunities within Job Order Contracting programs to expand TEPCON's market presence.
• Coordinate and prepare accurate, compelling JOC applications, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Maintain organized records and materials related to JOC processes.
• Create and update marketing collateral such as brochures, proposals, and presentations.
• Work with internal teams to develop project profiles and other materials that reflect TEPCON's expertise and commitment to excellence.
• Assist with branding efforts to align all marketing initiatives with TEPCON's mission and values.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, preferably within the construction or related industries.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and social media management tools.
• Strong content creation skills, including photography and graphic design (familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus).
• Knowledge of JOC programs and public procurement processes is a bonus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• A passion for teamwork and contributing to a collaborative environment.
