About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team at Consumer's Energy by coordinating and executing various marketing activities. This position involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and projects, while also managing marketing assets through the company's project management system. The role is designed for individuals who can work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-time execution of all marketing activities and campaigns including advertising, direct marketing, sales promotions, events, sponsorships, and more.
• Collaborate with the product marketing manager and agencies on the development and execution of go-to-market plans, communication plans, creative & messaging concepts aligned to the products value proposition, goals, and brand guidelines.
• Develop reports and presentations of post campaign analysis to include recommendations when applicable.
• Compile and process financial information such as invoices and budget spreadsheets.
• Coordinate, review, and traffic marketing projects in the company's project management system.
• Submit and coordinate identified research or data requests, including gathering of required business information.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience required
• Program/project management skills
• Ability to coordinate efforts cross-functionally to achieve positive end results
• Analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to self-motivate and independently take the initiative to solve problems
• Knowledge of marketing communications and coordination of creative content
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Business, or related field is strongly preferred but not required.
