About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at City Winery is responsible for managing local marketing and brand promotion efforts. This role involves developing and executing marketing programs that align with business objectives, driving customer acquisition and retention, and serving as the local representative of the brand. The coordinator will collaborate with headquarters marketing and venue managers to promote events and secure partnerships for increased brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of weekly press listings, print collateral and emails
  • Maintenance of event listings across platforms such as Access Atlanta and other local portals
  • Establishment of Google Alerts for City Winery ATL and associated artists, compiling relevant links for sharing
  • Weekly data entry for Bandsintown
  • Creation of weekly Asana show art tasks for our graphic design team
  • Management of graphic design projects including Asana updates, including band graphics, date/time changes, support additions, etc.
  • Asana data entry for show planner, including links, social media tags, facebook event links, artwork, etc.
  • In-house poster printing and distribution
  • Management of social media calendar, including daily scheduling of posts and stories
  • Creation and engagement of Facebook events for applicable shows
  • Monitoring and responding to Meta messages and oversight of meta comment activity
  • Maintenance of Zynchro platform
  • Content creation at the venue for live posts
  • Weekly promotional audit reporting
  • Ongoing review and maintenance of Yext listings (our review management platform)
  • Weekly input of marketing metrics data
  • Execution of special projects

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing role in hospitality setting, and/or equivalent relevant experience
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Professional and effective interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficient computer and technological skills (Asana, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc)
  • Detail oriented with particular strength in time management and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce deliverables within strict deadlines
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Appreciation and general understanding of the music, food, and wine business
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays as needed
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to travel as needed
  • Bachelors degree preferred in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or related field
