The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and writing various marketing materials, including proposals, qualifications, letters, reports, presentations, brochures, and award submittals. This role involves facilitating and coordinating kick-off meetings and proposal production activities, ensuring that all communications are clear and professional. In addition to writing and editing, the Marketing Coordinator will coordinate with consultant firms to gather marketing materials and support teaming efforts. The position requires strong communication skills to interact effectively with professionals, project managers, and technical staff. The coordinator will also conduct marketing database queries, input data, and maintain the accuracy of marketing information on an ongoing basis. Special projects such as conferences, open houses, and client events will also fall under the coordinator's responsibilities, requiring excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and editing, with the ability to interview subject matter experts and tailor content for specific target audiences. This is not a remote position, and the candidate should be willing to travel if necessary.
