Marketing Coordinator

About the position

Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Cleveland-based team. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate internal and external communications, and assist with brand development efforts across various channels (excluding social media). This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, collaborative, and looking to grow their marketing career in the tech industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email newsletters
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to support campaign planning
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities
• Support the organization of events, webinars, and promotional activities
• Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure brand consistency and message alignment
• Manage and update content on company platforms excluding social media

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot is a plus
