About the position

The Marketing Coordinator is a dynamic role responsible for delivering eegee's creative. The Marketing Coordinator manages eegee's social media presence, creates visual and digital media, engages as a community manager, conducts or coordinates photo and video shoots, and assists with the following: website, email campaigns, print collateral, and other supporting marketing channels for eegee's. This role involves collaborating with external vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to produce compelling content that enhances the brand's identity and connects with target audiences. The Marketing Coordinator works directly with the Senior Director of Marketing to manage the development, implementation and oversight of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates and executes a cohesive creative and social media strategy that supports brand objectives and enhances audience engagement.
  • Creates, schedules, and tracks engaging content and copywriting for social media, website, emails, digital ads, print collateral, swag, and other supporting marketing channels.
  • Plans, coordinates, and participates in internal photo and video shoots, from concept development to execution.
  • Serves as the community manager across all social channels (ex. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Youtube, Google, Yelp), including responding to and engaging with the eegee's digital community.
  • Partners with external vendors, including photographers, videographers, and designers, to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Assists with local store marketing program (LSM) and brand partnerships.
  • Stays informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to recommend fresh, relevant content.
  • Ensures content quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Monitors trends and analytics to optimize content performance across platforms.
  • Periodically attends business events.
  • Any other responsibility that aligns with the role.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a creative marketing or similar role
  • 2+ years of graphic design or managing content for a business social media account, with a portfolio showcasing impactful creative work.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience and knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, social analytics, Meta Business Suite preferred.
  • Experience in photography and videography and expertise in managing photo and video shoots, from planning to post-production.
  • Experience working in the hospitality quick service restaurant industry.
