About the position

Hatfield Group Engineering is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Tribeca, New York City. This role is pivotal in supporting our marketing efforts as we provide Structural, MEP, and Facade services to a diverse clientele, including high-profile architects, developers, and owners. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of marketing experience within an engineering or architecture firm, showcasing a strong understanding of the industry and its unique marketing needs. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the firm's Principals and leadership to prepare compelling proposals for new projects. Your responsibilities will include creating and coordinating responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), which involves preparing and submitting qualifications, leading meetings, and crafting engaging content. You will also design and produce presentations, portfolios, and brochures that support our new business initiatives. Writing and editing marketing content, such as employee resumes and project descriptions, will be a key part of your role, ensuring that all materials reflect the high standards of Hatfield Group. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining our website and social media presence, ensuring that our online content is current and engaging. Coordinating and creating award submissions will also be part of your responsibilities, as will maintaining and organizing our marketing collateral. Responsibilities

• Work with the firm's Principals and leadership to prepare proposals for new projects
• Create and coordinate responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), including preparing and submitting qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Architecture, Marketing, or Graphic Design
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple deadlines effectively
• A keen graphic design sense
• Proficiency in InDesign and PowerPoint
