The Marketing Coordinator will be involved in coordinating various marketing disciplines, including special events, promotions, direct mail, digital marketing, and advertising, all aimed at enhancing the guest experience and driving engagement. In addition to marketing coordination, the Marketing Coordinator will manage promotional materials and assist in the deployment of contests and events. This includes overseeing the selection of materials, setup, and decor, as well as managing prize distribution. The role also involves maintaining digital assets across various platforms, such as social media and the property website, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and engaging. The Marketing Coordinator will act as an event staff member, helping to set up events, administer contests, and ensure compliance with established procedures. A key aspect of this position is to foster positive relationships with guests, leaving them with memorable experiences and a sense of connection to the property. The Marketing Coordinator must embody a customer-first attitude, approaching every interaction with enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing disciplines including special events, promotions, direct mail/database marketing, digital marketing, and advertising.
  • Provide superior guest relations by interacting with guests during special events and promotions.
  • Manage and maintain promotional materials such as decor and merchandising tools.
  • Set up and administer contests, including ordering materials and selecting prize-winners.
  • Work as event staff to ensure proper procedures are followed during events and contests.
  • Coordinate property activation events with players club personnel and promotional agencies.
  • Manage digital assets including social media platforms and guest feedback systems.
  • Set up and deploy CMS and MGT promotions accurately and timely.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Act as a customer experience owner, ensuring guests leave with positive feelings about the property.

Requirements

  • Entry-level position with a focus on database marketing and guest relations.
