About the position

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional service to both internal and external guests while assisting the Director of Marketing in executing the property's marketing plan and managing day-to-day operations. This role involves coordinating various marketing disciplines, managing promotional materials, and ensuring a positive guest experience during events and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing disciplines such as special events, promotions, direct mail, digital marketing, and advertising.
• Provide superior guest relations by interacting with guests during events and promotions.
• Manage and maintain promotional materials including décor and merchandising tools.
• Work as event staff to set up events, administer contests, and issue prizes.
• Coordinate property activation events with players club personnel and promotional agencies.
• Manage digital assets and guest feedback survey response systems.
• Setup and deploy promotions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Act as a customer experience owner to delight guests and maintain positive relationships.

Requirements

• No formal education required.
• Experience in marketing or event coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
