About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness through a blend of creativity and analytical skills. This role involves developing effective marketing strategies, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, print advertising, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling advertising sales materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Create engaging copy for various marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
  • Support the design of marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with brand standards.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing or related roles is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail in grammar and style.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools is desirable.
  • Knowledge of print advertising processes and requirements is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative mindset.
