About the position

As a Marketing Coordinator at Branding Los Angeles, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. This position requires close collaboration with the Social Media, Media Buying, and Web/Digital Design teams to create impactful marketing initiatives. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on tasks will be essential in ensuring the success of various projects across multiple channels, including social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook (Meta), as well as websites and other digital mediums. In this role, you will assist the Social Media Coordinator with daily activities related to social media campaigns, including engagement and content posting. You will also be responsible for conducting research on industry trends and competition, developing and reviewing content for client websites, blogs, and social media, and brainstorming creative strategies with the team to meet client needs in branding, design, and advertising. Additionally, you will provide basic administrative support, which may include answering phones, clerical work, and data entry, while also offering assistance to department leaders in graphic design, development, marketing, and sales as needed. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Social Media Coordinator with day-to-day activities for social media campaigns
  • Assist in daily engagement and posting on social media
  • Assist in creating content for social media
  • Conduct research as requested for industries and competition
  • Develop and review content for Client - websites, blogs to socials
  • Brainstorm strategies and tactics with team on Client creative needs including branding, design to advertising
  • Provide basic administrative support (answering phones, clerical work, data entry, etc.)
  • Provides additional support to department leaders as needed (graphic design, development, marketing, sales, etc.)

Requirements

  • Excellent Computer Skills required - Strong proficiency with Google Suite
  • Working knowledge and use of AI
  • Ability to work with department leads and manage work requests from multiple sources
  • Demonstrates ability to ask questions, raise concerns, and solve problems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-thru skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneously
  • Effective communicator, both verbally and written
  • Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible
