The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role within the Go to Market team, focusing on the alignment of marketing strategy, demand generation, and marketing technologies. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment, as the Marketing Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for assigned campaigns and marketing programs. The role involves initiating the creation of content, executing events, and activating various marketing strategies while working closely with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for launching a diverse range of experiential, content, and digital tactics that align with the firm's goals. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will partner with fellow marketing team members, the internal creative studio, channel owners, and other firm groups to execute assigned programs effectively. The responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating task execution using various marketing technologies and project management tools. The coordinator will aid in the planning and implementation of events and sponsorship projects, maintaining relationships with external partners and associations, and acting as a point of contact for assigned practice areas. This includes negotiating sponsorship benefits and coordinating the activation and renewal of sponsorship programs, with event and sponsorship execution potentially comprising up to 50% of the role's responsibilities. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will create and edit content for marketing campaigns, which includes writing or editing promotional copy for ads, social media, and email communications, as well as selecting appropriate images. The role supports the implementation of multi-channel campaigns designed to engage and nurture audiences, driving demand in support of practice area and firm goals. The coordinator will track the success of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improving future results. They will also facilitate the distribution of digital communications, manage workflows for marketing collateral, and oversee edits and approvals. A strong understanding of CRM systems is essential, as the coordinator will maintain expert-level knowledge and train practice staff in their use to support practice development efforts.
