About the position

The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the company's business development efforts by creating high-quality marketing materials and presentations, maintaining client and project data, and enhancing the company's brand presence. This position requires effective communication, creative thinking, and collaboration to meet project deadlines and engage in continuous improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Creates high-quality, effective marketing materials and presentations.
• Maintains information in Marketing's customer relationship management (CRM) database.
• Updates the company's external website and internal SharePoint site.
• Edits and formats corporate documents and presentations.
• Assists with company-sponsored events.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in producing marketing materials and presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with CRM databases is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry is a plus.
