About the position

Las Vegas-based Global Logistics and Fulfillment seeks a creative, computer-savvy, and highly-organized B2B marketing professional to support our continued growth as a logistics leader on the West Coast. This full-time position involves a variety of marketing responsibilities aimed at enhancing the company's visibility and effectiveness in the marketplace. The successful candidate will coordinate the planning and implementation of marketing plans, digital promotional campaigns, branding efforts, and trade show attendance. In this role, you will support the planning and content creation for the company website, ensuring that content is optimized for SEO. You will also be responsible for expanding social media activity on the company and key executives' LinkedIn accounts, with a minimum of three posts per week. Monitoring and improving the company's online Google Ads and analytics will be crucial, as well as tracking and reporting weekly results of online advertising and leads. You will execute the creation of targeted email marketing campaigns and maintain a marketing calendar to ensure the timely execution of all campaigns, promotions, and events. Additionally, you will support the development of proposals, rate quotes, and presentations, and assist in the creation and maintenance of company digital and printed materials, including business cards, internal communications, signage, and imagery. Conducting market research to identify regional competition, new service development, marketing opportunities, and market trends will also be part of your responsibilities. The role requires you to develop and report customer satisfaction data, as well as feedback on lost prospects. You will maintain the marketing CRM database and create daily/weekly marketing tasks/status reports. Identifying and screening potential vendors, developing vendor RFQs, and managing marketing and other vendors as directed will be essential. Maintaining relationships and memberships with trade groups and chambers of commerce, along with regular compilation and reporting of marketing and sales metrics (KPIs), will also be part of your duties. Additional marketing or special projects may be requested as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of at least four (4) years of previous marketing experience (preferably B2B) in a professional setting.
  • Education: some college experience required, with preference for candidates with associate, bachelor's or higher college degrees.
  • Must have excellent computer skills (MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel; GoogleDocs), be technologically savvy, and be excellent with numbers/data.
  • Candidates must have a professional demeanor, an excellent work ethic, high reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, have the ability to work independently and set priorities, and have great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must have excellent English writing and speaking skills.
  • Preference for candidates with some graphic design skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States, and be able to pass a mandatory drug screen and background check.
  • Must strictly follow quality, safety and workplace behavior standards and policies.
