As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts across various channels. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for SOTA Cloud's event marketing, including organizing trade show presence, lead generation, promotions, branding, and reporting. You will also play a role in content marketing initiatives, including email marketing, content development, and social media management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee events, including problem-solving, directing event set-up, and communicating with staff.
• Understand the complex needs of different events and diverse clients.
• Maintain a working relationship with vendors and venues.
• Organize event aspects such as venue and logistics.
• Help develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
• Help with product launch campaigns and engaging customer retention programs.
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Manage and execute e-mail campaigns.
• Compile and present Salesforce reports for other departments.
• Help coordinate with designers and consultants when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Previous experience in marketing or related roles preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and social media management tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the Dental/Medical Industry is a huge plus.
