About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and coordinating new engaging campaigns and strategies to drive traffic and increase revenue to our sites and products. This role requires expertise in communications and project management, as well as involvement in photography, promotional events, content creation, and traditional media strategies. The coordinator will also review the work of others before final submissions and must have a background in various marketing areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies with Marketing Manager
• Coordinate and prioritize the workload of internal/external marketing associates
• Use web traffic and rankings data to improve marketing effectiveness
• Generate reports on marketing results from initiatives
• Coordinate collaborative efforts and help organize promotional events
• Analyze market trends and competitors' methods
• Assist in setting brand standards, mission, and goals
• Improve reach to customers through email campaigns, social media, etc.
• Ideate and coordinate with the marketing design and content
• Assist in coordination of SEO, content, and design strategies
• Collaborate to generate digital and print advertising material
• Take photographs and maintain Shopify/Odoo
• Network and promote the company using social media
• Maintain and update records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Perform clerical and administrative duties as needed
• Present forecasts, metrics, and any relevant information to the supervisor
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or statistics or relevant field preferred
• Superior computer skills, including Google suite, marketing technology applications such as web analytics, Shopify, Odoo and social media apps like Instagram
• Up-to-date on latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• In-depth understanding of industry and its position in the market
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in SEO
