About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will support key marketing initiatives, including trade show planning, corporate event coordination, and managing promotional materials. This role is essential for ensuring consistent brand representation and contributing to a well-organized team environment under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize trade shows, conferences, and corporate events.
• Coordinate shipping of booths and materials, ensuring the onsite team is prepared for each event.
• Work with vendors to produce business cards, brochures, and other branded materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
• Research and order branded promotional items, such as pens and shirts.
• Manage and organize digital files, maintaining a clear system for marketing assets.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and assist in organizing resources within Asana.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop event strategies and lead-generation activities.
• Manage pre- and post-event communications, gathering feedback to evaluate success.
• Support the team with various marketing activities, including social media assistance and content creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe products, HubSpot, Asana, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
