About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Wulf's Fish will support the head of marketing in executing a variety of marketing and communications initiatives across both wholesale and direct-to-consumer divisions. This role involves managing social media, writing and editing content, coordinating projects, and maintaining the website, all while contributing creatively to enhance the Wulf's Fish brand.

Responsibilities

• Support the head of marketing in various marketing and communications initiatives.
• Write product descriptions, sales materials, and promotional copy for digital campaigns.
• Coordinate projects with team members and external agencies for content development and events.
• Manage social media accounts, creating and posting content, and engaging with audiences.
• Assist in producing the twice-weekly newsletter and promotions for home cooks and wholesale customers.
• Design basic print materials and digital assets.
• Maintain and update the website with fresh copy and photos as needed.
• Handle marketing administration tasks such as ordering supplies and organizing shared drives.

Requirements

• Knowledge of food and a passion for the subject is essential.
• Strong storytelling skills to generate creative content.
• Strong writing and editorial skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated problem-solver in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Shopify, Squarespace, and Klaviyo, or willingness to learn.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite and/or Canva for basic photo and document editing.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a marketing communications role is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Food industry experience is a plus.
• More advanced graphics or video editing skills would be a plus.
