About the position

The Marketing Associate position is an exciting opportunity for an energetic individual looking to grow into a Marketing Coordinator role. This position involves assisting in the coordination and production of proposals, which includes writing, editing text, and creating effective design layouts. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of work and will actively work to improve the quality of marketing materials produced by the department. A key aspect of this role is being a team player, willing to perform any task necessary to support the marketing department's objectives. In this role, the Marketing Associate will prepare and coordinate proposal submissions, ensuring that all materials are organized and maintained within the marketing database. The individual will also develop customized marketing materials from established templates and coordinate the maintenance of these marketing materials. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that meets the needs of the department and its clients.

Responsibilities
