About the position

The Business Practice Marketing Coordinator at Perkins Coie is responsible for supporting the development, planning, and execution of marketing initiatives, including events, sponsorships, and digital content. This role involves collaboration with the Business Marketing Team to enhance the firm's marketing efforts and maintain effective communication with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events and sponsorships in collaboration with the Business Marketing Team.
• Oversee the development and publication of firm podcasts and blogs.
• Assist in compiling practice communications, pitches, award submissions, and presentations.
• Maintain and update marketing materials and attorney biographies on the website.
• Draft internal and external communications as needed.
• Track marketing opportunities and practice clients/prospects in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to execute initiatives.
• Handle day-to-day requests and support ongoing efforts of the Business Marketing Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of experience in legal or professional services preferred.
• Strong writing and editorial skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with social media platforms, including LinkedIn.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience using Pardot, Salesforce, and Foundation or other proposal and experience software.
• Project management and event planning experience.
