As a Marketing Coordinator, you will perform a wide variety of duties in support of the museum's marketing and communications campaigns. Your responsibilities will include assisting with campaign execution, traffic management, and supporting digital marketing efforts. You will regularly engage with staff, vendors, visitors, volunteers, members, and colleagues in a personable and respectful manner, ensuring that all marketing deliverables and deadlines are met. This position requires strong project coordination and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. You will assist with the planning, execution, and wrap-up of marketing and communication campaigns, including maintaining the departmental projects calendar, facilitating interdepartmental tasks, and gathering metrics to create campaign summary reports. Additionally, you will execute digital marketing efforts, coordinate media relations events, manage vendor relationships, and prepare and track departmental budgets. This role is crucial in establishing and nurturing strong working relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring the museum's marketing efforts are successful and impactful.
