The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive client engagement. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote Nova Home Care's services.
  • Create engaging content for digital and print media, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, brochures, and flyers.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, website, and other online platforms.
  • Coordinate and execute community outreach programs and events to raise awareness about our services.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure effective marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and website management.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a commitment to excellence.
