As a member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting with the shape and execution of the COMPASS brand, a subsidiary of ARCHER Systems, through managing event coordination, assisting with social media and email campaigns, data management, and administrative tasks. The focus will be assisting the Marketing Manager with tradeshows and private events that bring our clients and COMPASS together to build and strengthen relationships that lead to increased revenue. This position will assist in event planning, production, digital marketing, and other marketing initiatives and administration needs. This role will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the SVP of COMPASS as well as sales and vendors to deliver the best experience to our clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. The Marketing Coordinator will monitor and have oversight of social media posts, email campaigns, one sheets, etc., on an as-needed basis. They will maintain a comprehensive calendar of events which will include tradeshows, private events, lunch and learns, and in-person meetings, keeping Marketing and Sales informed around timelines for decision-making and execution. The role also involves managing relationships with sponsorships, maximizing opportunities to promote COMPASS, and assisting with contracts that are needed to ensure timely execution. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will assist with tracking and maintaining an organized record of all expenses for each event, submitting expense reports in a timely manner. They will support all administrative needs for the marketing and sales team, from expense reports to meeting invites and business cards. The role includes assisting with sourcing, production, travel, accommodations, and registration for events, ensuring pre- and post-event communication is planned and executed for each event. The Marketing Coordinator will also acquire and integrate email lists into Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for marketing campaigns, select vendors, negotiate contracts, manage performance, ensure compliance with agreements, and resolve issues. Finally, they will work with the Sales team to ensure all key event activities and attendees are tracked in Salesforce as campaigns to measure ROI.
