About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team by assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels. This position is designed for a creative and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines. The Marketing Coordinator will be involved in both digital and traditional marketing efforts, ensuring that all promotional activities align with the company's brand messaging and marketing strategies. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that span online and offline channels, including email marketing, social media, and traditional media outlets. The coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating marketing efforts with internal departments and external vendors to ensure that campaigns are executed in a timely manner. Additionally, the role involves managing the production of various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and online content. The Marketing Coordinator will help maintain and update the company's website, ensuring that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines. Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities will also be a key responsibility. The coordinator will track the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing reports and insights to adjust strategies as necessary. Furthermore, the role includes assisting with social media management, event planning, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including email, social media, and traditional media.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and online content.
  • Help maintain and update the company's website, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
  • Track the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing reports and insights to adjust strategies when needed.
  • Assist with social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking.
  • Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to develop creative assets for marketing purposes.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Manage marketing databases, including updating contact lists and tracking campaign performance.
  • Assist in budget tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing spend.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Experience with social media management and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-haves
