About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Hoffmann Group USA is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing objectives and goals. This role requires a strong background in graphic design and social media management, focusing on creating engaging content and managing customer interactions across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement useful and engaging content for web, social media, and advertising purposes including blogs, videos, infographics, etc.
• Explore and adopt new social media platforms as necessary.
• Manage customer interactions on social media platforms.
• Update and maintain customer marketing database.
• Assist with creation and implementation of quarterly promotional calendars.
• Create marketing materials and manage inventory of physical items such as flyers and giveaways.
• Assist in creation of email marketing campaigns.
• Update website with promotional graphics and search engine friendly content as necessary.
• Optimize product listings within Google Merchant Center.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Product Management, Key Accounts, and other HUS and HOM teams on special projects.
• Assist with Demo Van event preparation and working Demo Van events as necessary.
• Aid in preparation for and work in booth at trade shows.
• Support marketing department as needed by completing projects and daily tasks.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communications preferred.
• 1 year of marketing experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
• Video production skills (shooting and editing original footage).
• Basic understanding of web design and maintenance.
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with established portfolio.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
