About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, and enhancing our online presence. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage various marketing projects, support lead generation, and contribute to our overall brand strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive Social Media Calendar to ensure consistent, engaging brand presence.
  • Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and optimization across social platforms.
  • Manage and update the CRM, overseeing contact and company pages, task tracking, and opportunities.
  • Create, monitor, and analyze email templates, campaigns, newsletters, and marketing reports.
  • Leverage AI tools for lead generation, prospect research, and targeted email outreach.
  • Conduct keyword research and monitor SEO performance using industry tools to optimize digital reach.
  • Track website user behavior through analytics software, providing insights for user experience improvements.
  • Track and report on Weekly KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and drive strategic adjustments.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct lead research using tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and ConnectWise, managing the lead pipeline effectively.
  • Coordinate follow-ups, document outreach activities, and maintain structured notes for seamless communication.
  • Regularly update and maintain the website, manage plugin updates, enhance visuals, and publish blog content.
  • Optimize site performance using WP Engine, NitroPack, and security tools, maintaining design templates and site copy.
  • Utilize ChatGPT for creative content generation and ideas to enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Support new hires by assisting in email signature creation following company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, web analytics, and Google platforms.
  • Experience with website maintenance (WordPress) and basic design skills preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
