About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Joyfolie is responsible for coordinating marketing efforts between the commercial and merchandising departments and the marketing agency. Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences
  • Develop and maintain marketing calendars and timelines
  • Set and track marketing KPIs and metrics
  • Create high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, articles, social media content, and email campaigns
  • Manage content calendars and editorial schedules
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing marketing materials
  • Optimize content for SEO and social media
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with the target audience
  • Analyze website traffic and social media analytics
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Manage email lists and segmentation
  • Track email performance and analyze open and click-through rates
  • Manage relationships with Marketing and PR agencies
  • Protect and promote the company's brand identity
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Monitor brand reputation and address any negative feedback
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance
  • Maintain marketing databases and files
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1 year of experience in marketing (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and email marketing tools
  • Experience with SEO and content optimization
