The Marketing Coordinator at The Moorings of Arlington Heights is a full-time role focused on supporting the sales and occupancy goals of the assisted living communities. This position involves coordinating daily activities, responding to inquiries, facilitating paperwork for new residents, and planning events to enhance community engagement. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in various software tools to manage data and support the sales team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and greet guests, providing tours for prospective residents.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Aline, and Point Click Care for data entry and reporting.
• Enter and code new leads in the CRM database and screen prospects for placement criteria.
• Support the sales team with marketing and sales plan implementation.
• Implement CRM software and report sales metrics.
• Create and deliver binders for new and transferred residents.
• Assist the health center admissions department as needed.
• Track and document move-ins, maintain apartment inventory and waiting lists.
• Coordinate information and paperwork for admissions and schedule contract signings.
• Plan and execute events, coordinating with campus departments.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Senior Living or Healthcare-related support is preferred.
