CobbFendley is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team, located in one of our offices in Houston, Frisco, Austin, Albuquerque, or Tempe. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our proposal development process, ensuring that we present our best work to potential clients. In this position, you will be the primary internal proposal leader for strategic pursuits, coordinating and producing proposals, interview presentations, and general correspondence. You will liaise with the marketing and professional services departments to manage and track proposal opportunities, maintaining marketing information in our Deltek Vantagepoint database. Your responsibilities will include strategizing, organizing, and developing all aspects of proposal responses, including content organization, form preparation, editing, and production. You will also be expected to work with minimal supervision and perform self QA/QC of your work, adhering to CobbFendley’s safety standards to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
