Responsibilities

• Manage all social media channels, creating and scheduling engaging content that aligns with the company's marketing strategy.
• Monitor website and social media analytics to track engagement, reach, and conversion rates, making data-driven decisions for improvements.
• Input, track, and update customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain a comprehensive customer database.
• Manage all digital paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions, sales leads, and project details.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and new business opportunities, both B2B and B2C.
• Effectively communicate with customers through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Actively reach out to new prospects and opportunities, following up on leads, inquiries, and potential business deals.
