As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our local marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include managing marketing collateral on our internal server, website, and intranet, which encompasses printed, digital, and video materials. You will fulfill national marketing requests, create customized collateral for specific clients, and collaborate with sales teams on various projects. Your ability to analyze data and pull insights will be essential in developing effective marketing strategies and content for our platforms. In this fast-paced environment, you will be expected to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting strict deadlines. You will also have the opportunity to participate in local sales meetings, contribute to corporate marketing calls, and assist in planning office events. Your initiative and creativity will be key in introducing new ideas and enhancing our marketing efforts, ultimately driving sales generation and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Upkeep of local marketing collateral on internal server, website, and intranet, including printed, digital, and video materials.
  • Fulfill all national marketing requests, such as newsletter stories, photo requests, and spreadsheets.
  • Create and maintain local materials and client distribution.
  • Develop customized collateral for specific clients and targets.
  • Ideate, research, and design proactive marketing materials.
  • Investigate and organize new out-of-home (OOH) and mobile advertising opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams and Managers on local, regional, and national projects, presentations, proposals, and other sales/marketing collateral.
  • Assist in writing and developing market content for outfront.com and OUTFRONT's social channels.
  • Become a research expert within the market(s) and understand how marketing research can be utilized for sales collateral and competitive research requests.
  • Analyze and pull insights from data sets to inform marketing strategies.
  • Attend and present in local weekly sales meetings and participate in monthly marketing calls with the corporate office.
  • Respond in a timely manner to Account Executive's questions and handle all incoming requests appropriately and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the regional marketing team on various projects, including all project phases from brainstorming to delivery and follow-up.
  • Plan and execute office events such as parties and team-building exercises.
  • Prioritize current marketing needs on a daily, weekly, and long-term basis, communicating those goals to the Regional Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the market(s) relevant to the position.
  • Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop, and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines while handling multiple ongoing projects.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, often taking initiative on projects and requests.
  • Strong eye for design and visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Desire to learn about marketing and advertising and understand how our business fits into the larger picture.
  • Experience in or exposure to mobile advertising is a plus.
  • Professional advertising or marketing experience is a plus.
