About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at The GolfLot is a part-time role focused on supporting the marketing efforts to enhance the golfing experience for clients. This position involves engaging with the community through various marketing channels and requires a proactive individual with a passion for marketing and golf.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote The GolfLot's services, classes, and events.
• Create engaging social media content, manage posting schedules, and monitor online interactions.
• Support email marketing efforts, including drafting content, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Work with the marketing team to design promotional materials (e.g., flyers, social media graphics) for upcoming classes and events.
• Coordinate with golf instructors and facility staff to ensure all marketing reflects the latest offerings and initiatives.
• Analyze and report on social media metrics, customer engagement, and campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
• Manage partnerships and cross-promotions with relevant local businesses and golf-related organizations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, social media, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and marketing tools (experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or other design/email platforms a plus).
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
• A passion for golf and familiarity with golfing technology or golf communities is preferred.
