As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, JANZ Corporation is dedicated to providing high-quality medical supplies and educational resources to its customers, particularly focusing on the US Government and active military personnel. The Marketing team plays a crucial role in promoting the diverse offerings of the corporation, and this position is integral to maintaining the brand's visibility and engagement with its target audience. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for designing and updating a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, print ads, and digital content. The position requires a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess strong communication skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with store managers and other team members. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will be tasked with creating and executing marketing campaigns that highlight new products and vendors, ensuring that each campaign has clear objectives and measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will utilize various analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights that will inform future strategies. This role is not only about creativity and design but also about understanding the nuances of marketing in both B2B and B2C contexts. The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be expected to contribute to the overall success of the marketing department by delivering high-quality work that aligns with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and updating official JANZ publications and digital marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, print ads, posters, flyers, booklets, event programs, mailers, promotional materials, newsletters, and more.
  • Provide marketing support to over 35 store managers worldwide including monthly marketing meetings and digital/print items.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns about various medical equipment/supplies new vendors, and miscellaneous topics or products, ensuring clear goals are outlined for each campaign.
  • Provide analytics on each campaign utilizing Google Analytics, Clarity, Bonafide, MailChimp, and other professional outlets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 1 year of marketing experience (required).
  • Knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics, Bonafide, MailChimp, and Google (Analytics, Slides, Sheets, Docs, and Drive).
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Understanding of the difference between B2B and B2C Marketing Initiatives.
