About the position

In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will develop, create, and manage a variety of marketing mediums, including printed materials, newsletters, social media platforms, the company website, internal intranet, and press releases. The position also involves planning special events aimed at enhancing community relations and development efforts. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining patient rights, safety, privacy, and confidentiality while delivering excellent customer service. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in executing communication and outreach activities, focusing on traditional marketing efforts such as advertising, direct mail campaigns, and press releases. Additionally, the role includes expanding the organization's social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee marketing efforts for all Cassopolis Family Clinic Network locations and programs, ensuring that the organization's mission and values are upheld in all marketing communications.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing, development, and outreach initiatives for the Cassopolis Family Clinic Network.
  • Develop, create, and manage various marketing mediums including printed materials, newsletters, social media, and press releases.
  • Assist in planning special events for community relations and development efforts.
  • Promote the mission of providing quality healthcare to the medically underserved.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, as well as the organization's mission and values.
  • Assist in executing communication and outreach activities for traditional marketing efforts.
  • Expand the organization's social media marketing and communication presence.
  • Oversee marketing for all Cassopolis Family Clinic Network locations and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, development, event planning, and social media management.
