In this role, you will support marketing activities, focusing on social media content, analytics, copywriting, editing, and other digital marketing tasks. This role is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced communications and consulting firm. We're seeking someone eager to learn, take initiative, and become an effective consultant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Content Generation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram. Work with the design team to create eye-catching graphics and videos to enhance social media posts. Monitor and respond to social media interactions promptly to keep the community engaged. 2. Social and Earned Media Analytics: Track and analyze social and earned media campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot, Cision, and Sprout Social. Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, mentions, and sentiment analysis. Use data insights to improve content strategies and boost media performance. 3. Copywriting and Copy Editing: Write and edit clear, compelling copy for blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and website content. Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and messaging. Proofread and revise content for accuracy, consistency, and correct grammar. 4. Digital Marketing Support: Help plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels like email, SEO, and online ads. Assist with maintaining and updating the company website to keep content fresh and SEO-friendly. Contribute to content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 5. Collaboration, Coordination and AI Integration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent messaging. Help coordinate events, webinars, and other promotional activities. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media trends to apply best practices. Integrate AI technologies to enhance productivity and task efficiency. 6. Business Development: Prepare, assist with, and track proposals, qualifications, and quotations. Create and edit graphic materials, staff resumes, and project experience for RFQs, RFPs, and reports. Coordinate and support the firm's business development efforts.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and online marketing best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves
