About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing initiatives aimed at driving brand awareness and enhancing customer engagement. This role requires a combination of technical, creative, and analytical skills, with a focus on digital marketing strategies. The coordinator will work closely with the Creative Director and ownership to improve brand reputation and education in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Create custom infographics, social media posts, and content using Adobe Suite to support the brand and drive sales.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage the scheduling and distribution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal performance through A/B testing and analysis.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics to track performance metrics.
  • Support budgeting efforts by tracking expenses related to marketing activities and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Write engaging copy for various channels, including website content, promotional materials, and social media posts.
  • Assist in the coordination of events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with cannabis brands, industry, and trends.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite for creating marketing materials.
  • Experience in digital marketing principles, including performance marketing strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for creating persuasive content tailored to target audiences.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools for campaign management.
  • Experience in sales support or collaboration with sales teams is beneficial.
  • Ability to leverage Google tools for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in digital marketing (1 year required).
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop (1 year required).
