About the position

Bally's Corporation is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Bally's Black Hawk, a premier entertainment destination in Colorado. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in fostering a customer-centric culture that prioritizes superior guest service and builds long-lasting relationships with our guests. You will be responsible for coordinating daily functions related to promotions and giveaways, ensuring that our guests receive accurate and timely information about casino events and the value of our loyalty program. In this role, you will adhere to all policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and company initiatives. You will also be involved in the Colorado Division of Gaming Self-Exclusion Program, ensuring compliance and support for our guests. Your attention to detail will be essential as you maintain accurate property media and assist in planning and executing special events, including slot tournaments and promotional drawings. You will be responsible for completing necessary paperwork for promotions and assisting with database management to keep guest information current. We are looking for individuals who can support and cultivate new ideas to deliver effective business solutions. Collaboration with the Marketing Manager will be key as you update daily Team Member information postings and perform other assigned duties. This position requires a proactive approach and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Foster an entertaining atmosphere that embodies Bally's philosophy.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture and build long-lasting guest relations.
  • Coordinate daily functions for promotions and giveaways.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on casino events for guests.
  • Educate guests on the loyalty program's value.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform duties associated with the Colorado Division of Gaming Self-Exclusion Program.
  • Ensure all property media is accurate, current, and error-free.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events such as slot tournaments and promotional drawings.
  • Complete paperwork for promotions, including finance requested items.
  • Assist with database cleanup by updating account information and flags.
  • Write rules and regulations for promotions and special events.
  • Support and cultivate new ideas for business solutions.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to update daily Team Member information postings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Colorado Division of Gaming.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of six months of related experience and training is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in the entire Microsoft Suite and ability to learn other software systems easily is required.
  • Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays.
