You will be responsible for coordinating daily functions related to promotions and giveaways, ensuring that our guests receive accurate and timely information about casino events and the value of our loyalty program. In this role, you will adhere to all policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and company initiatives. You will also be involved in the Colorado Division of Gaming Self-Exclusion Program, ensuring compliance and support for our guests. Your attention to detail will be essential as you maintain accurate property media and assist in planning and executing special events, including slot tournaments and promotional drawings. You will be responsible for completing necessary paperwork for promotions and assisting with database management to keep guest information current. We are looking for individuals who can support and cultivate new ideas to deliver effective business solutions. Collaboration with the Marketing Manager will be key as you update daily Team Member information postings and perform other assigned duties. This position requires a proactive approach and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.
