About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Tiff's Treats plays a crucial role in the company's marketing efforts, focusing on engaging customers and driving sales through strategic email marketing campaigns. This position requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and involves collaboration with various marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy compelling email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, basic graphic design, list management, and ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals.
  • Execute daily management of email campaigns, including setup, editing, and review to ensure best practices, technological standards, and compliance with brand guidelines and regulations.
  • Oversee the QA process for email campaigns, ensuring accuracy in content and functionality of links while maintaining accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Experiential Marketing, and the Cookie Command Center to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged with campaign strategies, particularly focusing on geo-targeted campaigns for market expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, including coding, design, testing, and compliance with legal standards.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine and optimize email marketing strategies.
  • Seek and integrate new customer data sources, offering recommendations for innovative marketing initiatives based on insights.
  • Support the marketing team with calendar updates and cross-functional communication to streamline campaign planning and execution.
  • Manage the inventory of marketing materials, ensuring all resources are current, accurate, and reflect the brand effectively, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables clearly across business teams, ensuring alignment and coordination.
  • Provide marketing support to the Sales Team, including the creation and distribution of email content, Hubspot support, and marketing collateral.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interest in and passion for email marketing, with a desire to develop expertise in this area.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable) and knowledge of HTML are preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
