About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Maxpro Corporation is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, managing content, and assisting with social media and email marketing. This role requires a blend of creativity and organizational skills to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, ultimately helping the company achieve its marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website content.
  • Track, analyze and report on marketing campaigns' performance using analytics tools.
  • Generate insights to produce tangible results and optimize future campaign deliverables.
  • Support brand development by ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and target audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Communicate with prospective customers with company information.
  • Work with the sales team to gain knowledge and understanding of Maxpro's unique niche.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role or internship with digital skills is preferred.
  • Proficiency with marketing software/tools used for keyword research, WordPress, and test & database management/CRM.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Self-motivated individual with a creative mindset and eye for detail, who can produce tangible results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with HubSpot and Google Analytics.
