About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at ZEISS supports the marketing operational and asset management requirements for the Hunting, Shooting, Nature, and Photo business segments. This role involves managing digital sales-support platforms, coordinating marketing collateral production, and overseeing logistics for consumer events, all while working closely with marketing leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain internal digital sales-support platforms.
• Catalog and share digital assets for marketing purposes.
• Coordinate production, shipping, and fulfillment of marketing collateral.
• Manage the intake and curation of video and photo assets within ZEISS MAM.
• Assist E-Commerce marketing manager with creative assets and product data for online platforms.
• Coordinate product sample fulfillment and track product flow.
• Update annual marketing collateral such as catalogs and price lists.
• Collaborate with marketing managers and agencies on digital and printed creative assets.
• Oversee the replenishment of retail-facing marketing materials on digital sites.
• Coordinate logistics for Nature birding festivals and Photo consumer shows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role within a corporate or small business environment.
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn proprietary systems and tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP and Shopify platform.
• Familiarity with Google Docs.
