The Marketing Coordinator at Contra Costa Electric will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's corporate and client-centered communications. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining various marketing channels to promote the company's brand and services effectively. The Marketing Coordinator will implement strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and lead acquisition. This includes supporting different teams with project development, particularly in writing and submitting Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The role requires a fluid operation across multiple marketing channels, including digital platforms, collateral materials, and content partnerships. In addition to marketing initiatives, the Marketing Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for company-wide and consumer-facing events. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and manage events, overseeing vendor relationships, managing shipments, and handling related administrative tasks that require cross-team communication. The coordinator will also utilize proprietary company information for lead sourcing and development, working closely with multiple teams to track progress on both returning and new business sources. The role includes coordinating meetings and presentations for both internal and external communications, which encompasses campaign planning, program overviews, and competitive analysis. The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for researching and writing relevant content for social media, which includes interviewing sources, writing, editing, and posting to various social media channels. Administrative tasks and other duties as assigned will also be part of the job responsibilities, ensuring that the Marketing Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the marketing department and the company as a whole.
