About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Sky Ranch plays a vital role in supporting the ministry's mission of leading youth and families to know and follow Christ. This position involves coordinating and executing marketing events and campaigns to foster community engagement and promote the summer camp ministries. The coordinator will assist the Marketing Manager in various tasks, including research, event planning, content creation, and data analysis, all aimed at enhancing the visibility and impact of Sky Ranch's programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance to the Marketing Manager.
  • Explore, schedule, staff, and attend all marketing events according to the event marketing schedule.
  • Maintain documented evaluations for each event, partnership, or marketing campaign.
  • Ensure that each marketing event has the necessary banners, marketing collateral, giveaways, and other supplies necessary for successfully hosting the event.
  • Execute editorial calendar for email marketing for the programs of Sky Ranch.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to the Marketing Manager.
  • Participate in marketing research and data analysis.
  • Collect social content during summer programs, family ministry events, SkyMoms gatherings, and strategic retreats.
  • Collect information at events and maintain database; follow up with potential guests.
  • Provide general support to the Brand Integrity departments as required.
  • Provide support for our donation evaluation process.
  • Provide support to SkyMoms Ministry.
  • Participate in relational social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate on graphic projects for print and social media.
  • Participate in social media platform engagement and inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, graphic design, communications, or related field, or significant related work experience.
  • One to two years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing strategy and execution.
  • Working understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of all departments and programs of Sky Ranch and able to answer specific questions regarding locations and ministry programs.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service.
  • Proficient working knowledge of content management websites and email marketing systems is preferred.
  • Proficient working knowledge and ability to use various office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Basic internet and social media skills.
